At FurZuka, we draw inspiration from a truly special member of our family—Zuka. Zuka is a 12-year-old Labrador who was adopted in 2013 by Yaneira Miranda. Since then, she has been more than just a pet; she has been a loyal and cherished companion. Her sweetness and unforgettable presence have touched everyone who has met her.

The name “Zuka” is derived from the Spanish word “Azúcar,” which means sugar, reflecting her sweet and gentle nature. FurZuka was founded in 2024 by Yaneira Miranda, combining “Fur,” which represents the fur of pets, and “Zuka,” honoring her beloved Labrador.
